
In just 10 hours participants of the Weekend Workshop learn simple ways to create and support a healthy food system from the cultivation and distribution to consumption of food. Workshop objectives Include:

• Learn what foods to look for at the grocery store and how to read food labels.
• Learn easy and effective ways to approach healthy eating.
• Discuss healthy cellular function and how minerals, vitamins and food pH affect our health.
• Discuss the challenges of the industrial food system and create action-oriented goals to create a more sustainable model.
• Experience simple ways to support healthy and vibrant community through interactive processes.
• Gain greater awareness of simple tendencies of the mind that hinder our ability to effectively work towards sustainable change.
